Torque Rod Bushing

Torque rod bushing is a component used in the suspension system of heavy-duty commercial vehicles. Two bushings connect torque rod assembly, which plays crucial role in suspension system, and the vehicle body to absorb vibrations from the road. Vehicles operating on rough surfaces may experience faster wear.

Once you use poor quality bushings and/or neglect routine maintenance, you will have significant disadvantage such as quick tire worn, unintentional steering and collapse of cargo caused by askew vehicle.

V Rod assy

This is one of the components that make up the air suspension, consisting of a V Rod and V Rod Bushings. Each V Rod is equipped with one center V Rod Bushing and two side V Rod Bushings. One V Rod assembly connects the suspension to the vehicle body for each axle. Some of the leaf suspension vehicles also have V Rod like air suspension ones.

V Rod Bushing

V Rod assembly has one center bushing and two side bushings for each rod assembly. Similar to the torque rod bush, these bushings are made of rubber and serve to absorb shocks. Due to varying road conditions, they may wear out more quickly, so regular inspection and maintenance are necessary. Using inferior quality bushings can lead to cracks developing even earlier, resulting in a decrease in steering stability and making it difficult to operate the steering wheel, similar to the effects of neglecting to replace them. Moreover, there is a possibility of accelerated tire wear, vibrations occurring, and instability while driving. Additionally, if the bushings become loose, the axle may move unexpectedly, which could cause interference with the vehicle body, potentially leading to serious malfunctions or even fires.

Trunnion Bushing

Trunnion is a component of the suspension system that connects the vehicle body to the axle, playing a crucial role in maintaining vehicle stability and safely transporting loads. The trunnion bush connects the trunnion to the vehicle body and supports its smooth operation.

Cab Tilt Pump and Cylinder

Cab tilt pump and cylinder are devices used to lift the cabin of cab-over trucks and tractors for maintenance around the engine. The cylinder raises the cabin using the hydraulic pressure generated by the pump. To prevent the cabin from falling in case of a malfunction, it is equipped with a fall prevention safety device.
